Treasure at Tampines is scheduled to be launched on Friday 15 March. This marks the launch of the largest condominium project in Singapore’s history.

Developer Sim Lian Group has indicated that Treasure at Tampines is going to be one of the most affordable launch of 2019. During the first phase of the launch, units will be priced at an average of $1,280 psf.
According to Alvin Tan, PropNex Executive Director and Head of Project Marketing, there is limited downside risk as the project is priced quite close to prices of upcoming Executive Condo launches. Buyers can look forward to potential capital appreciation.

There is good connectivity to major transportation nodes and easy access to amenities and conveniences. Reputable schools is another location benefit.
